HOOKS’ UNIVERSAL FIT BANJO TAILPIECES

Traced from 19th century originals as found on "jobber" banjos such as those made by J. H. Buckbee.   This was also a common catalog item sold as "open stock".

These are scroll sawed from sugar maple and "ebonized" with dye.  I use no exotics for these tailpieces.

These are intended as replacements for banjos of a certain era.  While they will work for any 5 string banjo, chances are that the tailpiece you already have is sufficient.  

Includes a piece of wire to attach.  May be attached with wire or tied on with gut (gut not included).
